Customer feedback is very important to Tanweer as we believe in customer feedback in evaluating our service level and identify areas for enhancement.

To meet your expectation and to enhance the service level, the following channels have been provided to submit your feedback, suggestion and complaint: Contact Center, E- portal, E-mail, Postal Address Tanweer offices

For complaints, the receipt shall be confirmed and you would be provided with a reference number. Moreover, we shall notify you with the steps of solving the problems and the estimated time for resolution.

We will respond to the complaint within (10) working days from receipt date or in (40) working days for the complicated cases which needs a site visit or technical investigation.
