1- Collection of Tender: Interested and Specialized Companies which registered with Rural Areas Electricity company and Tender Board may obtain the CD of the tender documents from Procurement & Contracts Department, Rural Areas Electricity Company at Al Seeb, against a non-refundable amount of RO (15/-). The tender may be collected on any working day between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM till the date of 07 October 2019.
2- Bank Guarantee: The Tenderer should enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for an amount equivalent to (1%) of the tender value with a validity of (90) Days from the last date of submission and addressed to the Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C). Any tenders do not fulfil these requirements will be automatically rejected.
3- Offers Submission: tender should be submitted in One sealed envelope with red wax addressed to the Chairman of Purchase Committee, Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) marked with tender number and the subject. Other marks or any reference must not be printed outside the envelope. The exterior of the envelopes containing the tender document must not reveal the identity of the Tenderer.
4- Submission Location: The Completed Tender should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) Main Office at AL- Seeb, before 12:00 PM on the date of 21 October 2019.
5- Rural Areas Electricity Company without mentioning the reason is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender.
